What's included in every tier?
Every package includes blank garments, all transfer materials, on-site setup and breakdown, and the Keepsake Press inside-hem seal on every keepsake.
How far do you travel?
30 mi from Tustin is included in every tier. Beyond 30 mi: $175 base + $1.75/mi. We routinely travel across Orange County and into LA County.
How far in advance should I book?
4–8 weeks for events with custom designs. 2–4 weeks if you're using our template library. Rush bookings under 14 days are possible (+$200) but subject to availability.
What kinds of events do you serve?
Baby showers, gender reveals, birthdays, bridal showers, weddings, corporate offsites, and brand activations.
What's the deposit policy?
50% non-refundable deposit due at booking, balance due 7 days before the event. We can move your date once at no charge with 14+ days notice.
Can I supply my own designs or graphics?
Yes — for corporate clients especially. We can press your supplied graphic at no extra cost as long as it's print-ready vector.
